Born from a failed military prototype and saved by a Countach-derived 444-hp (331-kW) V-12, the 6,000-pound (2,718-kg) "Rambo Lambo" predated the modern performance SUV by decades. Just 301 were built, and excellent examples now trade between $328,000 and $377,000 — with one sale topping $700,000.
